installations and online web production at all levels from community
engagement and education to full broadcast quality and crews.
Metaceptive has produced work for museums such as the Manchester Museum,
the NHS, national charities such as ACE Centres and the YWCA, as well as
having worked in school settings with pupils and run projects with
communities such as with youth groups and other informal settings. The
director Kooj Chuhan is also an associate lecturer in film at MMU and
with 20 years of experience is able to work with a good level of depth,
insight, speed and care to suit any budget. THIS SITE IS BEING RE-BUILT: Metaceptive Media create high quality video and digital media productions, for DVD, interactive CD-ROM, gallery or foyer installation, and so on. High production values in video conceptualisation and techniques, speedy delivery and low overheads resulting in rock bottom cost are combined with sensitivity, knowledge and experience of dealing with human beings from diverse origins and walks of life. For example, Metaceptive have been chosen by The Manchester Museum for some years to conduct a range of video-based media production work through which people's connections with museum objects are brought to life in intimate yet powerful ways. Other clients include the NHS, Manchester United FC, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, ACE Centres (a national charity), Manchester University, YWCA (England and Wales), LIME (arts and health agency), Community Arts North West and the Wai Yin Chinese Women's Society. Formed by artist Kooj Chuhan who is the hands-on creative director of all productions, each project however small is developed in a bespoke manner and results consistently exceed expectations. Gradually, this site will be developed to reflect the range of work undertaken and future ambitions. Meanwhile, please use the following email for enquiries: info[a]metaceptive.net
